I’ve been particularly impressed by the personalised templates you used to capture her voice, views, and worries: these were invaluable in planning such a smooth transition.

The individual's calm and positive presentation shows that she is already building great relationships with staff, which is an incredible step forward for her. Your proactive support, whether arranging GP appointments, requesting additional information, or organising transition visits, has been outstanding, well organised and very much appreciated.

I have been genuinely impressed with Clover from start to finish. From the outset, the client's complex needs have been clearly understood and sensitively supported. Communication from the office team has been seamless and responsive throughout, which has made working together incredibly straightforward.

I’ve seen a noticeable, positive change in this individual since Clover became involved, and it’s wonderful to see her in a brighter place and more able to manage independently. This is, without doubt, a reflection of the quality, consistency and care shown by the Clover team.
