I moved from South Africa to the UK in 2019 and have a background that includes aesthetics, skin care and healthcare, as well as HR, office management and administration. At Clover I focus on recruitment and people management plus training and finance.
I am also one of the On-Call team that ensures 24/7 communications with our caregivers and those we care for.
I wholeheartedly embrace Clover's vision of delivering compassionate, high-quality care and contribute to this by handling recruitment coordination, carer onboarding, training support, compliance tracking, and office systems management. This contributes to both staff wellbeing and service efficiency.
I bring over 15 years of business experience to Clover and enjoy elevating the client experience by helping to maintain a caring and responsive service environment.
