Meet Michelle
Hi. I moved into the care sector 15 years ago when I started working for the The Melanie Ann Trust. This organisation managed residential homes for adults with severe learning disabilities and complex health needs. Now at Clover I have responsibility for all clinical administration, particularly ensuring that we align our caregivers skills and availability to the needs of those we provide care to.
I enjoy applying my previous skills and experience from working with individuals that struggled in the setting of mainstream education and benefitted from teaching relating to daily living skills. Before working in care sector roles, I worked in the automotive trade while bringing up my family. This is my 2nd year working at Clover, where I also have the pleasure of working with my husband, Derek.
