Meet our Non-Clinical Lead
Hi and welcome to our website, which I designed for Clover. My name is Ian and I oversee our strategy on behalf of the CEO and also lead our technology and finance related operations.
It is my responsibility to bring our motto, Excellence Everyday, to life in all non-clinical aspects of Clover's business. I'm convinced that Clover can grow sustainably and that the senior leadership team, comprising Shirley, Derek and me, must instil high standards and have clear expectations for all our staff. In the past, among other things, I have been a Board Trustee and Chair of the Risk Committee for a very large care services provider. So I fully appreciate that Clover needs to be clinically led and at the same time business focused to remain successful and grow sustainably.
I have more than 35 years professional experience in compliance, assurance and consulting fields, and gained a Masters in Business Administration in 2011. In my previous role I was a risk consulting director for KPMG, a global accounting and advisory firm. This background enables me to look at how Clover can better deliver valued services to individuals needing care in the Bristol area.
