Hi, my name is Shirley and I promise you that choosing Clover to be a care provider for you or someone that trusts in you will be a decision you never regret.
I founded Clover in 2015, driven by a passion for person centred care. Clover's motto is 'Excellence Everyday' because it is my belief that anything less than the highest standards is not enough for those we love and cherish. I began my care services career over 20 years ago and have worked in both the private and public sectors before launching Clover in 2015. I am a registered mental health professional and together with my team provide highly valued care services in the Bristol area.
Over the past 20+ years, I have achieved Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mental Health, as well as a Masters in Business Administration. It was my pleasure to have worked in senior roles within the NHS (including with the Avon & Wiltshire and South Gloucester local authorities). All of these experiences, along with those of my team members, has strongly positioned Clover to deliver valued private and NHS care support across the Bristol area, with our offices based in Almondsbury. With my background in mental health care, I personally ensure that Clover treats each individual's physical and mental health needs as the backbone of everything we do, because our person centred approach never stops being the core of why we are here.
